Simon is a values-driven consultant and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years’ experience shaping, negotiating, and delivering strategic commercial outcomes across sectors including defence, aviation, maritime, and technology. His work sits at the intersection of human development, purposeful leadership, and commercial excellence.
He is the founder of Manifestly Good, a leadership and consulting initiative committed to helping individuals, teams and organisations define and embody the values that matter most – creating cultures of integrity, courage, and contribution. His approach draws from deep experience working in both private and public sectors, where he has successfully led complex bids, forged long-term strategic partnerships, and advised executives on commercial transformation initiatives.
Simon is known for his ability to connect strategic insight with practical execution. Whether guiding senior leaders through values-based decision-making, coaching teams to align on purpose, or facilitating organisational change, he brings clarity, curiosity, and a calm, trusted presence to his work. His current work includes the design and delivery of workshops, coaching conversations and leadership programs focused on values maturity, decision integrity, and leading with character. He is the creator of the Organisational Values Maturity Framework, a tool that supports self-awareness and growth for leaders at all levels.
